IR Solutions Beyond the Standard
At FAKUMA 2024 Ushio will exhibit its comprehensive range of products, focusing on bespoke IR solutions and premium components crafted in-house.
Visit Ushio’s stand to explore a variety of light sources for applications such as drying systems, heating elements, rapid heat treatment, and surface finishing technologies. Twin Tube IR Lamps: These lamps can be single or double ended and are special IR emitters consisting of two quartz tubes, that have been fused together. Due to this design these lamps have an improved mechanical robustness and stability, and offer the possibility to enhance the applied power density.
NEW - Extra-long Twin-tube IR Lamps: Expanding its IR lamp portfolio, Ushio introduces twin-tube lamps up to 5 meters in length. These lamps offer higher power density and flexible connection and control options with less installation effort. The positioning of the temperature-sensitive pinching area outside the heating zone makes them particularly suitable for applications where wide webs need to be heated. Waterproof versions are likewise available.
Gold Coated IR Lamps: These lamps, with a gold coating on the quartz glass exterior, maximize power density through superior reflectivity, directing emission precisely onto the target material. Available in various sizes and coverings, they are an energy-efficient alternative to temperature-stable white-coated lamps.
